TAROX Rear Brake System With Electronic Handbrake
A superior brake system that utilises race proven technology and materials which integrates perfectly with the vehicles existing parking brake.
Engineered to give improved performance and longevity without sacrificing pedal feel or drivability while maintaining the factory fitted electronic handbrake system.
The TAROX rear brake system features a specially designed caliper and a vehicle specific adapter that allows the integration of the existing handbrake motor. Use of the existing motor negates the need for any complicated wiring modification or software module coding. Drivers can enjoy increased braking performance from the 4-pot caliper, alongside the convenience and reliability of the OE parking brake system. Modern driving aids such as Auto Hold, and Hill Assist are all unaffected by the installation of the TAROX rear brake system.
Calipers
The TAROX E34-4 caliper is CNC machined from the highest quality billet alloy and each unit is built and tested by hand at our Italian factory. The two piece design is held together with multiple high tensile steel bolts proven to provide a stiffer overall chassis then mono block calipers. This stiffness translates to a more responsive pedal even with increased levels of braking force. The anodised billet pistons feature internal seals reducing the risk of scorching, eliminating weathering and negating the need for routine servicing.
Calipers can be specified with our standard hard anodised black finish (450 wickers) or from a choice of anodised colours. We currently offer our calipers in black, red, blue, green and gold; all with a beautiful satin finish.
Discs
Each kit includes a pair of handed two piece discs featuring rotors CNC machined from slices of the finest quality European steel billet. These rotors are heat treated, faced, then hand finished, creating a perfectly flat braking surface. The bell of the disc is machined from the same high quality alloy as the calipers and is hard anodised for protection from the elements. Discs can be specified with the following facings:
- F2000 – long curved grooves
- Sport Japan – drilled and grooved
- C83 – short straight grooves
- D95 – drilled only (not recommended for road use)
- ZERO – plain braking surface
Pads
All TAROX kits come with pre-installed pads and can be specified with either of the following compounds to suit your own individual needs:
Corsa: track compound suitable for fast road
Enduro: track & race use – not suitable for road use

Hoses
Every big brake kit comes supplied with a pair of braided brake hoses tailored specifically for your car and the TAROX calipers. A teflon coated inner hose is strengthened with a stainless steel braid and then wrapped in a PVC outer coating for protection from the elements.
…and finally
Each kit is supplied with a pair of vehicle specific mounting brackets which are CNC machined from the same light weight billet alloy as the calipers and bells. The brackets are also hard anodised for protection and are accompanied by all of the necessary mounting hardware to allow easy fitment straight out of the box.

Brake kits, Bespoke discs, and Racing Rotors
All brake kits, Bespoke discs, and racing rotors are manufactured to order at our facility in Northern Italy. Typically, we require 5-7 days to do this. Certain options, such as colour anodising or anti-rust treatment, may extend the assembly time in some cases. On completion of your build, the parts will be shipped to our UK office on the next available weekly consignment. Transit times from Italy to the UK are typically around 7 days. On arrival, your kit will be despatched to your chosen delivery address within 1-2 days.
Brake discs, pads, hoses and fluid
Popular fast moving items are kept in stock and are despatched from our UK office. Orders received before 12pm will be shipped the same day. Items that are not in stock at our UK office will be shipped to the UK from our Italian facility on the next available weekly consignment. On arrival, your order will be despatched to your chosen delivery address within 1-2 days.

Shipping within the UK
Orders being delivered within the UK will be despatched with Parcelforce using their next day service. Text message updates are provided by Parcelforce to those customers who provide mobile phone numbers during checkout.
International Orders
International orders will be despatched using a tracked service once all applicable export paperwork has been completed. We use various couriers for worldwide shipping including TNT, FedEx, and UPS. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Customs import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country and we are unable to advise on such matters. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information.
